ARRIVALS: Check-in on Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm (depending on the flat cleaning).
DEPARTURES: Check-out on Saturday by 10 am. Kitchen and kitchenette must be left clean on departure, if not a charge of € will be detracted from deposit.
PAYMENT: 30% deposit on booking confirmation and balance on arrival.

FEES: Weekly fees are related to the flat rental for the overall number of expected persons and include VAT.

LINEN (optional): Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen linen per person per change.
COMPULSORY FINAL CLEANING: two-room flats, Two-room attic and three-room flats. In case of pets (on request) the final cleaning cost will be doubled.
KITCHENETTE TO BE CLEANED BY GUESTS
DEPOSIT: € 250 (to be returned on departure)
PETS: only small and middle-sized pets allowed (notify on booking)
